22 6 MINUTES WITH ... FROM PAGE 21 trust. Our products deliver results, often beyond expectation. The trust in our brand that follows provides pharmacy assistants, pharmacists and medical practitioners alike with a great sense of confidence when they recommend our products. When their customers then share their positive experience back, this assists in building a relationship with customers, the community and those with whom they work. As a brand, we provide opportunities for pharmacy assistants to learn about our products, often giving them the opportunity to win prizes for completing educational pieces. We also believe that the best advertisement for our products are the products themselves. We encourage the Pharmabroker team to seek out staff in pharmacies that have a personal need for one of our products, so they can experience the results. Annually we hand out thousands of products to pharmacy staff for their own trials. We also have consumer samples, which we can leave with pharmacies, giving consumers the opportunity to trial a product before they buy. What does the future hold for Dermal Therapy/LaCorium Health? Can you talk us through some of your plans for the rest of 2020 and beyond? We have significant plans for the future, both in expanding our product portfolio and via education and promotion to consumers and medical practitioners. Our new product pipeline is significant, full of innovative and efficacious products that those familiar with our brand have come to expect. We’re moving into new categories, delivering solutions that were previously unavailable, and helping thousands of customers daily. From the hundreds of testimonials that we receive each month, we’re pleased to hear from customers who’ve tried one of our products and are looking to find out what else we do, and what other products they can use, under the Dermal Therapy brand. What is your advice to pharmacy assistants who may have big career goals and aspirations? How can pharmacy assistants become leaders within their industry? It’s easier to be successful if you love what you do. It’s easier to love what you do if you believe in what you do and believe you can make a difference. Focus on how you can provide the best solutions possible to your customers. They’ll love and support you for it, and the trust that flows will fuel the success of your career. Show initiative, be proactive, don’t accept the status quo, and always question, rather than just accept, what you’re told. In that way you’ll learn, your knowledge will translate into results, and success will follow.
