The event was attended by more than 250 supplier partners and saw the results announced from the industry survey ‘Advantage’ measuring supplier satisfaction.[1]

The transformational change suppliers have recognised over the last two years has resulted in TWC gaining momentum and climbing to second place in supplier satisfaction.

TWC Executive General Manager, Nick Munroe has praised the commitment and adaptability of TWC Network and Supplier Partners alike, particularly over the last 12 months as together we have navigated the changing landscape of pharmacy. While also acknowledging there is still more work to do to overcome current supply chain challenges.

“We are humbled by this recognition from our suppliers, who should themselves be acknowledged for their strong, collaborative approach with TerryWhite Chemmart in building customer-centric strategies, which has reinforced the commitment and ongoing success of our network partners,” said Mr Munroe.

General Manager of Advantage, Steve Andrews said that the transparency, stability and success of the TWC strategy has built a great deal of confidence and has transformed supplier engagement.

“Over the last two years, TWC has achieved a transformational change in their supplier engagement, building a great deal of confidence through not only the clarity and stability of their strategy but also the whole organisation’s cohesiveness and commitment to delivering the strategy”, Mr Andrews said.

“This reliability, together with suppliers’ recognition of a strengthened collaborative approach to building a mutually profitable business, has resulted in a deepening trust.”

The forum further congratulated supplier of the year winners Sanofi, Pharmacare, J&J and Ego and introduced the new TWC digital health and dispensary excellence programs to the supplier network.

The event involved international guest speaker Chelsea Pottenger, speaking on productivity, mindfulness and well-being with the intention of nurturing and supporting leadership.
