Want to know how to get the balance right between optimum performance and burnout?
That’s just one of the educational programs set for this year’s long-awaited Pharmacy Assistant National Conference (PA Conference).
After a two-year hiatus, the conference is back this year (28-29 October) and promises a jam-packed two-day educational program along with the 30-stand trade exhibition.
Access to the trade exhibition is included in PA Conference registration packages and is freely available for all pharmacy staff to attend.
Delegates also have the chance to win a $500 Visa gift card by participating in the PA Conference Passport Competition!
The educational program will include sessions ranging from infant eczema management, the latest in blood pressure management to getting the balance right between performance and burnout.
Full registration and Friday delegates will also have access to the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) refresher training workshop.
For those who don’t have a full conference registration, QCPP training workshop tickets can be purchased separately.
Conference attendees will hear from Ashleigh Hutson, 2021 Pharmacy Assistant of the Year, Olympian Steven Bradbury OAM, and Founder of Men’s Health Downunder, Brad Butt.
The Welcome Reception kicks off the social aspect of the PA Conference, providing a relaxed environment to meet with suppliers in the trade exhibition, make new contacts and reconnect with peers.
The Friday day or afternoon registration can be packaged with tickets to the Welcome Reception, or tickets can be purchased separately.
Wrapping up the PA Conference is the much-anticipated black-and-white-themed Conference Dinner.
With a three-course meal, drinks, and a live covers band it is a social event not to be missed.
The winner of the 2022 Pharmacy Assistant of the Year Award will be announced at the Conference Dinner.
Like the Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner tickets can be packaged with Saturday day registration or can be purchased separately.
With two weeks two go, there is still the chance to secure your seat at the PA Conference in Brisbane.
A range of registration packages means you can book based on your availability and budget.
