TBN sets the stage for growth and innovation in 2025

Total Beauty Network (TBN) has kicked off the year with a dynamic four-day brand conference this month, uniting the entire Australian sales team at TBN’s Melbourne headquarters.

The bi-annual event brought together representatives from all four of TBN’s iconic brands — Designer Brands Cosmetics, INIKA Organic, RAWW, and Colour by TBN — to align on strategies and unveil exciting new developments for the year ahead.

Led by TBN’s CEO, Liz Webster, and Executive Chairman, Tony Rechtman, the conference highlighted recent milestones, including Designer Brands’ expansion into Big W stores nationwide.

“Our team’s passion and drive are at the heart of our success.

“Together, we are reaching new heights, and this conference serves as a launchpad for even greater achievements in 2025,” says Mr Rechtman.

Staff were treated to an exclusive preview of upcoming product innovations across all brands, reinforcing TBN’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, high-quality beauty solutions.

Plans for continued growth, both domestically and internationally, were also unveiled, alongside a renewed focus on engaging PR campaigns and industry events to
connect with consumers on a deeper level.

The conference was more than a strategic meeting — it was a celebration of collaboration.

Face-to-face interactions fostered camaraderie and energised the team, emphasising the shared goal of driving bigger and better outcomes.

Liz Webster praised the team, stating: “It’s incredible to witness the dedication and talent
that fuel TBN’s success.

“The energy and ideas generated over these four days are a testament to the bright future ahead for our brands.”

As TBN looks ahead, the best is yet to come.

With innovative products, expanded retail partnerships, and a united team pushing boundaries, the beauty powerhouse is poised for another year of unparalleled growth and impact.
