At our pharmacy, we like to call our customers by their name to be on a more personal level. They love to come in for chats, bring us morning tea and comment on the plants we have added to our store. We cater for their every need. If we don’t have something we will order it in and if \\\\\\\[they require a\\\\\\\] prescription item we will deliver it for them. We also do webster packing for our customers who have trouble with \\\\\\\[opening\\\\\\\] their medications. What are your future plans, do they involve pharmacy? No plans for the future. I just came back after two years off – I love working and there is new stuff to learn every day. I love working with Anna, our young pharmacist. It is like the young and old – we have so much knowledge between the two of us. I work at two other pharmacies as well, and it keeps me very busy and active. I still have so much to learn, even after all these years.
