Strataderm scar therapy gel
Strataderm is a rapidly drying, non-sticky, transparent silicone gel formulation for the treatment of scars, both old and new, including hypertrophic scars and keloid scars. Strataderm dries to form a silicone gel sheet, a protective layer that is gas permeable and waterproof to hydrate and protect scars from chemical and microbial invasion, allowing scars to normalise
the collagen synthesis cycle, producing a normal mature scar. The product is
a proven and convenient once-daily application solution for the prevention and treatment of scars. It is easily applied to all areas of the skin, including exposed areas such as the face and neck, as

Cooling, soothing, hydrating gel
Solosite is commonly used for minor wounds such as minor burns, sunburn, cuts and grazes. The product is used
to promote moist wound healing and helps to reduce the risk of scarring. Unlike other hydrogels, Solosite’s water ‘swellable’ polymer remains gel-like until saturated, so it stays in the wound longer and requires fewer dressing changes. The product is cooling and soothing on application and has been proven non-cytotoxic, non-irritating and non-sensitising.

Waterproof, bacteria proof and breathable
Opsite Post-Op is a breathable, bacteria-proof, waterproof dressing that helps to maintain a moist wound environment and can stay in place
for up to seven days. The ‘Reactic’ hydrophilic polyurethane film used on the Opsite Post-Op ‘switches on’ in the presence of moisture to allow vapour to pass through the blocks of polymer that make up the film, and to transpire off into the environment.
