different for everyone. For people just starting out, it’s best to start slow and easy, and work their way up to more intense exercise. Anyone with medical conditions, including pregnancy or previous injuries, should consult their doctor or physiotherapist. Often finding time can be the hardest part, so looking at simple things like parking the car a little further away from work or using your lunch break to get a short walk is a good starting point.
