TerryWhite Chemmart (TWC) has successfully kicked off a series of six two-day state-based ‘Next Level’ Network Partner events, which commenced last week in New South Wales.

These events aim to bring the TWC network together again, as well as to showcase the TWC vision and strategy for the months and years ahead.

Following the commencement of the series in NSW last week, the team were this week on the road in Tasmania before heading to South Australia, Victoria, and Queensland and closing out the series later in the month in Western Australia.

More than 1000 delegates from across the country, including more than 70 supplier partners, are coming together to reconnect, celebrate the year that was, and hear about how TWC will be taking the business to the Next Level in 2022 and beyond.

“It has been a record-breaking few months at TWC so it’s great to finally see everyone face-to-face to celebrate our recent wins, reconnect, and importantly hear directly from our peers about some of the challenges and successes they have been experiencing in their own pharmacies,” said TWC Executive General Manager Nick Munroe.

‘We have an incredible culture at TWC filled with high-performing and passionate pharmacists and pharmacy team members who we can all learn a great deal from. To have these leaders on the stage sharing their insights on a range of topics from vaccinations to in-store efficiencies and business building is a true highlight of these events,” he said.

Network Partner Tanya Maloney from TWC Coffs Harbour who joined a panel of vaccination leaders in NSW said the experience was humbling and is what being part of the TWC network is all about.

“We are very much a family at TWC. We work hard to inspire and motivate each other every day and these events give us a fantastic platform to find new ways of doing things,” said Ms Maloney.

Over the next few weeks, conference delegates will also hear about the launch of some exciting initiatives to help take the brand to the next level including an exciting change to the industry-leading clinic service offerings, a centralised support service for team member recruitment, a new university engagement program and updates to their customer engagement platform myTWC.

The TWC ‘Next Level’ events also include the announcement of the state winners for the TWC HEART Awards with the national winners to be announced in Western Australia on 30 May 2022.

“It’s been a pleasure to acknowledge excellence across the network at each of these events and I want to congratulate all our winners so far including the teams from TWC Delroy in NSW and TWC Valley Road Devonport in Tasmania and all our winners yet to be announced,” said Mr Munroe.
