TerryWhite Chemmart (TWC) has this week acknowledged the incredible work of its supplier partners at its 2022 Supplier of the Year Awards held as part of its ‘Next Level’ State-based event series.

Announced in Melbourne on 23 May, Sanofi Ethical claimed the top spot for Ethical Supplier of the Year, Johnson and Johnson for Retail Supplier of the Year while Pharmacare and Ego Pharmaceuticals won for Best Pharmacy Support and Strongest Promotional Support respectively.

Executive General Manager Nick Munroe has praised the commitment and adaptability of all TWC supplier partners, particularly over the last 12 months as they navigated the changing landscape, and is thankful for their ongoing support in helping the network grow stronger.

“Without a doubt, our continuing network and sales growth would not be possible without the support of our supplier partners, and we are pleased to be able to recognise the excellence that comes from the teams at Sanofi, J&J, Pharmacare and Ego as part of this year’s awards,” said Mr Munroe.

“The recognition is not just for the work they put in, but it’s for the exceptional results they continue to deliver.

“Johnson and Johnson have been working in a collaborative and strategic manner with our teams to deliver strong sales results for our network by providing a unique point of difference that is focussed on the health and wellbeing of our customers. And working with Sanofi Ethical has not only been easy but rewarding – they bring true innovation to our dispensaries through their ongoing commitment to support and world-class education across multiple categories.”

In winning Best Pharmacy Support, PharmaCare was acknowledged for having one of the largest pharmacy focussed teams who regularly interact with the TWC network to drive strong sales across multiple consumer brands in the Health and Wellness categories.

Ego Pharmaceuticals’ win for strongest promotional support was in recognition of their commitment to dial-up digital and loyalty initiatives and preparedness to push the boundaries, particularly with their skincare category through its focus on women and menopause.

More than 65 suppliers have been supporting TWC as part of their Next Level event series, which continues in Queensland this week, finishing in WA next week with the announcement of the National Winners of the TWC Pharmacy of the Year awards.
