Priceline Pharmacy’s virtual Store of the Year award ceremony

Store of the Year Winners - Rockhampton Upper

In Priceline Pharmacy’s first-ever virtual awards ceremony, hosted by Chrissie Swan and Joel Creasey, out of more than 470 stores from around Australia, Priceline Pharmacy Rockhampton Upper has been awarded Priceline Pharmacy’s highest honour – Store of the Year.

Converting its store to the Priceline Pharmacy brand in 2017, Priceline Pharmacy Rockhampton Upper prides itself on being an integral part of its local community, with the store’s culture of real, classic care underpinning the store’s success.

The store is part-owned and operated by Dan Carpenter, who has played a crucial role in developing his staff by ensuring team members continually develop new skills. He also encourages the team to explore ideas and trusts them to make decisions.

Boasting a large range of health and beauty products and a new store design, the store’s metrics are impressive and include significant growth in its loyal customer numbers through the brand’s Sister Club program.

“Every year we are pleased to recognise and celebrate the store that has gone above and beyond in every area, including customer service and overall store experience,” says General Manager of Priceline Pharmacy, Andrew Vidler.

“Rockhampton Upper is our top store because they have a dedicated and passionate team who truly care about their customers.”

In addition to crowning the Store of the Year, other award winners, include:

  • Priceline Pharmacy Newcomb – Rising Star Store of the Year.
  • Priceline Pharmacy Riverlink – Priceline Sisterhood Vitality Award.
  • Annie Murray-Parkes (Priceline Pharmacy Port Lincoln) – Retail Manager of the Year.
  • Andrew Douglas (Priceline Pharmacy Yass) – Pharmacist of the Year.
