TerryWhite Chemmart (TWC) network individuals and pharmacies were presented with the President’s Award at the recent Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Queensland Branch annual parliamentary reception, which recognised the contribution community pharmacists make across the state on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The recognition highlights the important role pharmacists play every day in the delivery of frontline healthcare to customers.

“I couldn’t be prouder of all who have been recognised with this award, they have gone above and beyond, serving the needs of local community members by actively seeking new ways to offer this vital vaccination service. They truly embody the core values of the TerryWhite Chemmart network,” TerryWhite Chemmart Executive General Manager Nick Munroe said.

Luise Fitton Pharmacy Manager at TWC Brookside was recognised as an outstanding individual for her contribution to community pharmacy and the exemplified services provided during the COVID-19 vaccination rollout.
